By accessing our website or making a booking with us, you agree to abide by these terms.

Terms & Conditions – The Basics

The purpose of our T&Cs is to set out the rights, responsibilities, and expectations between LUMA Wellness Co and our clients or website visitors. These terms cover key areas such as bookings, cancellations, conduct, and liability.

These terms apply to all services we offer — including but not limited to massage therapy, infrared saunas, float therapy, facials, vibroacoustic treatments, and contrast therapy — as well as our online content, memberships, packages, and voucher sales.

Our Terms & Conditions address the following areas:

• Bookings & Payment: All appointments must be booked online via the “Bookings” tab. Full payment is required to confirm your appointment.

• Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session fee.

• Arrival Times: Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

• Health & Medical Information: You must notify us of any medical conditions, injuries, or if you are pregnant when booking.

• Eligibility: Most treatments are suitable for individuals 16 years and over.

• Gift Vouchers: Non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and valid until the listed expiry date.

• Memberships & Packages: Non-transferable and subject to validity conditions.

• Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is unsafe or inappropriate for any reason.

• Hygiene & Conduct: Respectful, hygienic behaviour is expected at all times. Harassment or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

• Liability: You accept that wellness treatments carry some risk and release LUMA Wellness Co from liability, except where required by law.

• Privacy: Any personal data collected will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
